The Martin’s Point Health Care patient portal, MyMartinsPoint, gives you on-demand
access to important health information and services, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
You can securely log on to MyMartinsPoint from your desktop, tablet, or mobile device—
and quickly connect with your health care providers or view your health care information,
wherever and whenever it’s convenient for you.

What can you do with the MyMartinsPoint® patient portal?

Once you register and log in, you will be able to do the following:

  • Communicate with your doctor
  • Request a lab appointment or an appointment with your provider
  • Book a lab appointment (at some locations)
  • View your health chart
  • Complete and update medical forms
  • Request prescription refills
  • View lab results
  • Review billing/pay a bill
  • Read about health topics

  • Reschedule certain routine appointments

What is the MyMartinsPoint® patient portal?

The MyMartinsPoint® patient portal is a convenient online health-management tool supported by our electronic health record. Using the portal, you can view your health record including visit summaries, medications, allergies, and lab results. You can also use the patient portal to request an appointment, send a message to your doctor, pay your bill, request prescription refills, and download medical forms. 

Do I need special equipment to access the patient portal?

No. All you need is access to a computer or mobile device with an Internet connection. Please note that you will not be able to access the portal with an IP address outside the US. 

What if I have questions about my medical records?

You can call the Health Information Management (HIM) Department at 207-791-3728 

What if I have questions about the patient portal?

Please call your provider’s office and speak with a patient services representative about your patient portal questions. 

How do I register to use the MyMartinsPoint® patient portal?

How do I access the MyMartinsPoint® patient portal once I have already registered?

For future visits to the patient portal after you have completed the initial registration process, you can log in at MyMartinspoint.org.

Can I view my entire medical history?

The MyMartinsPoint® patient portal only includes health information from services provided at our Martin’s Point locations. Health information from services received at other health care facilities will not be available on our patient portal. 

What if I want to send this information on the patient portal to other care providers or specialists?

You may print the information from the portal and take it to your other health care providers, or use our form to request medical records (available for download from the portal or our website) and we will send a copy of your medical records to your requesting health care provider or specialist.
You can also share your health information with providers and family members through HealthVault at www.healthvault.com This application is a web based tool and they will not provide your health information to any person, app, or service without your permission.
